Terry Hoffman Receives Customer Service Award

July 14, 2010 - PRLog -- Terry Hoffman with RE/MAX DFW Associates in Coppell was honored recently with the firm’s Customer Service Award for 2009 at the annual company-wide meeting held at the historic Palace Theatre in Grapevine. As the recipient of this award, Terry garnered recognition for receiving the highest accolades from her clients for the exceptional level of service provided during the course of 2009. RE/MAX DFW Associates is the largest RE/MAX franchise in Texas with six office locations, over 270 agents and a 2009 sales volume of nearly $1 billion in closed transactions. RE/MAX DFW Associates was recently named as the number one RE/MAX firm in North Texas, closing 1 in 4 of all RE/MAX transactions in the DFW Metroplex.

“Our buyers and sellers receive a questionnaire from our staff after each transaction is completed, asking them to rate the service that they received from their sales associate,” notes Mark Wolfe, president of RE/MAX DFW Associates. “Especially important is agent promptness, knowledge and courtesy throughout the transaction. The integrity of the agent is equally important. Although the national average response ratio is between ten and twenty percent, our firm continues to record a seventy percent plus ratio of returned questionnaires, almost always indicating strong satisfaction with the agent. As would be expected from Terry due to her strong commitment to her clients and based on the returned questionnaires on her behalf, she gave exemplary service during the year.”

After graduating from the University of Texas with a B.S. in Home Economics and Intererior Design, Terry moved to Coppell in 1980. She and her husband, Byron have four children: a son, Evan, and triplet daughters, Hillary, Cali and Hayley. Mrs. Hoffman has been active in the Coppell community since 1984, and she is a member of the Coppell Texas Exes. Terry joined RE/MAX DFW Associates in 2006 and holds the prestigious Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS®) designation. In her spare time, she enjoys decorating and socializing with friends.
