Following the appointment of Justice Secretary Kenneth Clarke as the United Kingdom’s new international anti-corruption champion, Ten Alps Digital has created a new web resource to support SME owners and managers in their task of complying to the new Bribery Act 2010.
The new portal will provide both key information and real working tools to help the small business owner both understand the new law and its implications on their industry, their business and themselves.
The new UK Government has been very clear on their intention to ensure the effective implementation of the Bribery Act 2010 legislation.
Following his personal appointment by the Prime Minister, Kenneth Clarke stated: “The champion role sends out a clear message that the UK coalition government will not tolerate bribery or corruption and that we will work together to stamp out these practices across the board.”
