Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts continues expansion in India in partnership with the Xander Group Inc.

Located within 30 minutes drive from the Indira Gandhi International Airport and within close proximity to the highway (NH 8) connecting the capital city of New Delhi and the world famous leisure destination of Jaipur, Swissôtel Gurgaon will offer 240 well appointed guestrooms and suites. The hotel will also offer world class amenities including, 25,000 sq ft of conference space and ballrooms, a 13,000 sq ft Pürovel Spa and Fitness Centre, several bars and restaurants serving a range of cuisines, and a beautifully designed pool.

The hotel is part of a large and exciting mixed-use campus development comprised of Class A offices for multi-national corporations and India’s leading business houses, world class retail, and upscale restaurants. Swissôtel Gurgaon and the rest of the campus are well connected by road and Metro to the entire National Capital Region. Strategically located at the entry point of Whitefield and about a 30 minute drive from the Bengaluru Airport, Swissôtel Whitefield will offer 151 guest rooms and suites. The Whitefield district is about 15 kms north-east of the centre of Bangalore and is renowned as the cradle of the Indian IT industry, with over 140 multinational companies located in the area.

The amenities for the hotel will include exclusive dining, a rooftop pool and bar, and extensive meeting space for business needs. The hotel is an integral part of a 559,000 sq ft mixed-use project that will include leading retail formats, a state of the art multiplex, restaurants, and entertainment and leisure facilities. The project is being developed by Virtuous Retail Limited, a Xander investee company.
