PolyU annual report wins silver award in international competition

The Hong Kong Polytechnic University's Annual Report 2008/09, entitled "Primed for the Future", has received the Silver Award in the educational category of the 2009 Vision Awards Annual Report Competition organized by LACP.

The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU)'s Annual Report 2008/09, entitled "Primed for the Future", has received the Silver Award in the educational category of the 2009 Vision Awards Annual Report Competition organized by the League of American Communications Professionals (LACP).

More than 4,000 entries were reviewed for this year's competition, originating from more than 25 countries. Entries were judged on standards of international excellence by a field of communications professionals.

"This year's annual report for The Hong Kong Polytechnic University proves to be remarkable in light of tremendous competition," said Ms Christine Kennedy, LACP Managing Director. "We classify this entry as being among the best annual reports within its industry this year."

LACP was established in 2001 in order to create a forum within the public relations industry that facilitates discussion of best-in-class practices within the profession.

The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) is a university with a proud and illustrious history.
