Central Business Systems Relocates to Larger Headquarters in Melville

Despite the challenging economic conditions, the success of the company, along with the need to serve a growing clientele in a wide array of markets including healthcare, accounting and legal, resulted in the need for expansion.

The new office is approximately 20,000 square feet and is located off the Long Island Expressway and Northern State Parkway. It will feature a brand-new, state-of-the-art showroom featuring many of the top office equipment manufacturers from around the world.

Additionally, the new technology center will have a fully equipped graphic arts color studio, a production print showcase, wide format and a virtual software solution center. It will also house a brand-new administration facility for local billing and a newly designed service center, help desk and warehouse for local dispatch of parts and supply inventory. Future plans for the facility include hosting “Lunch and Learn Managed Print Services” workshops, as well as technology-driven seminars from topics on document security such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) compliance and identity theft, to document management solutions.
