In response to overwhelming demand for access to the first-ever National Theology of the Body Congress, the Theology of the Body Institute has announced plans to offer live streaming of major presentations and panel discussions during the July 28-30 Congress.
The live streaming is available for only $79, and can be ordered now at http://tobcongress.com.
“As plans came together and we began promoting the Congress, it quickly sold out,” said Maria Stumpf, Director of Operations and Programs at the Theology of the Body Institute. “We are thrilled to be able to offer this option to the many people from around the world who are unable to attend the 2010 Congress.”
Keynote address from all three days of the conference will be streamed live, along with selected panel discussions. The lineup of speakers includes some of the most well-known experts on The Theology of the Body, the landmark teaching of Venerable Pope John Paul II.
Among the 450 attendees are 42 priests, 16 sisters and five deacons. Thirty-five U.S. states and 10 countries are represented. This Congress has truly attracted worldwide attention and response.
Live streaming is sponsored by “My Catholic Voice.” It is designed and intended to give anyone not attending the Congress opportunities to watch the presentations as they happen with:
