Pasquale Palamaro, one of the most reputed Neapolitan chefs, suggests light but tasty fresh fish dishes and other specialties cooked with the best territorial products such as an ample variety of vegetables, salads and fruit, perfectly balancing pleasure and health, prepared with scrupulous attention to detail, to satisfy all guests.
