During his tenure in Law Enforcement he held numerous leadership positions including Commanding Officer of Criminal Investigations, Director of Training and Development, Patrol Staff Commanding Officer, Patrol Section Commander and Internal Investigation Command managing use of deadly physical force and corruption/integrity investigations.
