Paris-born Jennifer Gauthier is appointed Holiday Velvet’s new sales manager. Working from their Barcelona office, Gauthier’s dual role will see her in charge of client
sales/bookings of holiday apartments and expanding Holiday Velvet’s affiliate programme.

Gauthier brings a wide range of experience from two continents to Holiday Velvet. Born in Paris, Gauthier attended the Idrac Business School, before taking a position as Product Manager for NextiraOne telecommunications company. She then went to China, where she oversaw the expansion of France Delices, a chain of French bakeries, before returning to Europe again to take a position at the in-flight entertainment group Airvod. Gauthier then returned to Singapore, where she was in charge of developing retail sales and product development at Transfer To, an international mobile top-up solution.
This is the first time however that Gauthier has worked in the holiday apartment/travel sector, although she says she comfortable with the new role. “I like the challenge of working in new sectors,” she says from Holiday Velvet’s Barcelona office. “ I guess all the travelling has made me comfortable in new environments.”
