Village on Saturday, July 3rd. The Independence Day weekend event showcased dozens of local Claremont businesses participating in the beer tasting, food and music festival.
Along with tasty appetizers from their authentic Mexican cuisine, Taco Factory also served their newest beverage item, Chili Beer (beer with jalapeno chili). Guests were also treated to a special musical performance by the musical ensemble, MEZTLI.
METZLI is comprised of three gifted musicians lead by Efren Luna, a singer and guitarist from Veracruz, Mexico; Valeria Mason, singer and violin player; and Louise Quevedo, guitar player. The trio performed popular Latin classical and folk songs throughout the entire evening.
“This was a perfect way to spend this summer evening with my family,” said Taco Factory patron, Alejandra Gil. “We enjoyed the delicious Mexican food, beer and live Spanish music. We can’t wait for their next special event!”
