The "Community Assistance Program" is helping thousands of people across the US with the high cost of their prescription drugs. The card is being distributed thru out the communities in hopes that individuals will take advantage of the FREE discount card.
There are no income guidelines or age restrictions when using the card, and we will never ask you for any personal information. The card is accepted at over 55,000 pharmacies nationwide including WalMart, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Costco, Target, CVS and more.
