Crystal Lake, IL – VIPAR Heavy Duty has announced that Fleet Products, a diversified distributor of heavy duty replacement parts in west central Florida, is the newest stockholder to join the VIPAR Heavy Duty network of distributors. Beginning with a single location in Tampa, Fla. in 1985, the company has enjoyed steady growth with the addition of locations in Clearwater in 1998 and Lakeland in 2003.

Led by Anthony Zummo, president, Fleet Products has 94 employees that includes a team of eight outside sales professionals. The company operates 45 delivery vehicles out of their three locations that supports its traditional fleet business. The company also serves the municipal market with contracts at both the local and state level. In addition, Fleet Products has a machine shop at each of their three locations that turns flywheels and drums, fits king pins and makes hydraulic hoses.
