Dream Start 2011 awards over 35 complete course fee waivers for studying overseas

The program will offer more than 35 students across India an opportunity to study at participating institutions without paying any course fee. The program is estimated to offer course fee waivers in excess of Rs 4 crores.

Giving information about Dream Start 2011, Mr. Naresh Gulati, CEO, Oceanic Consultants said, “Dream start 2011 will help the winners to save significant costs that they would otherwise be incurring on studying overseas. In many cases, it would be the life time savings of the family”.

A highly sophisticated web based technology has been developed to manage the Dream Start program and to make the entire process simple and transparent for the students. Using this technology, the students will be able to search for the course and institution and apply for the tuition fee waiver online – all at their convenience. This technology will also allow the students to schedule appointments to visit nearest Oceanic office.
