We would like to provide a marketing tool for your members. It is hyper local and free. Whatever a user posts will only show up in the nearest 15 mile radius or less. This way all the information is pertinent to the search. If someone is searching for a business or service in a certain area, your member's information will show up.
Local Input, LLC launched its new Geocentric Social Network, www.ZipCodeEDo.com earlier this week on July 6th, 2010. It is designed to help local businesses, local service providers, local non profits, local schools and the locals themselves by providing them with a quick and easy way to get a little free web presence and it's all organized by Zip Code!
We have set Zip Code E Do up to be a template for everyone to use. We just made it so the information they post wouldn't go very far. This way when you're looking for a gymnastics class for your child, a plumber for your sink or a local clothing store, you won't see a business that is 100 miles away. When a user posts information it will be displayed in up to the nearest 50 zip codes within a 15 miles radius. A user can choose to post in fewer zip codes from the drop down box.
We thought this would be great venue for businesses, organizations, nonprofits and schools who are all somehow organized by region to promote themselves. That's why we thought the local chambers of commerce would be perfect people to contact.
We only want our pages to get filled with your member's posts. We will never charge them or anyone to post. We hope that eventually advertisers will cover our costs. ZipCodeEDo.com is a perfect suggestion to help someone get a little online mention for those that have a No Budget or Low Budget marketing campaign!
