Las Vegas, NV – Design Landscape Inc., a leader in the Las Vegas Landscape industry are pleased to announce its achievement to reach the finalist stage of the Southern Nevada Water Authority’s 2010 Landscape Awards competition with their Hamilton Residence entry.
The award recognizes landscape and irrigation professionals, horticulturists and gardening experts who have created water-smart landscapes in Southern Nevada. The contest is based on four major criteria’s:
According to Brian Locks, Vice President of Design Landscape “The Southern Nevada Water Authority’s Landscape Awards recognizes outstanding quality in water-smart landscape design, but even more importantly, since more than half of the water in Southern Nevada is used for landscaping, the Landscape Awards contest proves that water-efficient landscapes can be lush and colorful outdoor living spaces.” He further states, “Our award-winning work sets the standard for excellence in the field of landscape design. This is something that benefits the public and the residential communities alike.”
