When it Comes to an Ink Cartridge, Refill Should Not Be an Option

Today, an ink cartridge refill is a debatable topic. Some consumers swear by it, others say the cost per page ends up being higher.

July 6, 2010 - PRLog -- Whichever end of the spectrum you fall on, your main goal is to produce exceptional quality documents, especially if those documents are related to your business.  Projecting a professional image is essential in the workplace today.

So, why is it not a good idea to use a cartridge refill?  There are several reasons.  First, many refillable cartridges do not produce the same print quality.  Text may appear faded, and smears or smudges often happen, which leaves your documents looking anything but professional.  Secondly, some of these components can actually damage your printer head, and many manufacturer's void the warranty if you use anything other than the components designed for that particular make and model.

One big reason that consumers and business owners choose not to use a cartridge refill is that the end result is far less printed pages.  By using the component suggested for your printer, you will get hundreds and perhaps thousands more pages, and these pages will still be very clear and easy to read.  So, why do so many people think they spend a great deal less by purchasing cheap components?  Because they do - at least momentarily.  What usually happens is that an ink cartridge refill doesn't last nearly as long as the more expensive brands, so the consumer ends up refilling more often.  Do the math, and over time you will see that it is actually more costly to use cheap products, plain and simple.

Today, compatible products allow consumers to save a bundle, and these products work exceptionally well as long as it is marked on the box that the cartridge is designed to be used in your machine.  When you purchase an ink cartridge that is name brand or compatible, you can be sure that your printer will print far more documents, and the quality of those documents will always be exceptional.  While the ink cartridge refill seemed like a great idea at the time, it really isn't so great.

Shop online for all of your printing supply needs, and save!  By shopping from your desk, you not only save time, you save on gas as well.  Today, you will find all of your printing needs at substantial discounts, and your order will be delivered right to your door!  Don't take chances with the quality of your documents, as you may well be taking chances with the reputation of your company at the same time.  When it comes to an ink cartridge (http://www.gmsupplies.com), remember that "refill" should not be an option to consider.  Use the best, and save money over the long haul while extending the life of your printer.
