- How much does the consumer currently have in health related bills such as medical, hospital, Ambulance, doctor, and/or dental bills?
- Are they currently employed? (IF NO) Do they have a source of income?
- Do they have control of your personal finances?
- Are they experiencing any hardships?
- Are they behind on your payments?
- How many months are you behind?
- confirm the consumer can make a 1.5% to 2% ($150 - $300 per month) of debt load payment monthly
**finally, we confirm the consumer is interested in speaking with a debt specialist to help them overcome your debt

We also offer a CRM solution to listen to/download all calls that have come through, as well as a 1 step return process (you can return multiple calls at once). We believe in our call transfers, and we offer returns for the following reasons:
-amount of unsecured debt was under 15k
-transfer was not completed (consumer hung up)
-consumer did not want to be transferred
