has been selected to design the new production facility for Aptera (www.aptera.com)
in North County San Diego. The new plant for Aptera, the manufacturer of the Aptera 2e, an ultra high-efficiency all-electric vehicle that delivers the equivalent of more than 200 mpg, will be located at 4010 Ocean Ranch Boulevard in Oceanside, California.

will be providing architectural and interior design services for the 200,000 sq. ft. corporate headquarters. The project includes redevelopment of the site to accommodate the addition of six adjacent acres that will house a 270-stall secure lot for final product parking, 200 stalls for employee parking and an outdoor break area. The facility will feature 45,000 sq. ft. office space; 12,000 sq. ft. of R&D with development labs, product testing, quality control and a water intrusion booth; 140,000 sq. ft. of assembly and product staging utilizing just-in-time material flow and a 3,000 sq. ft. multi-purpose room.
