July 2, 2010 - PRLog -- There are various means of getting jobs in India and now the search for jobs happens mainly on the internet.  Job seekers as well as employers can advertise and look for jobs in India on many websites.  You can conveniently browse the list of employment opportunities and find the job that you have been looking for.  You can research companies so that you can find out about the top employers in India.

In the hospitality sector many jobs are available in India.  At the rate the hospitality industry is growing, India will need more than a lakh of trained staff in the hotels.  Attractive offers from hotels are provided for their employees, and salaries are reasonably good.
The job opportunities in Delhi are definitely growing, because Delhi has been rated as the town with the highest employment.  Career options in Delhi vary from IT jobs to Delhi government jobs, which many people strive for.  Even part time jobs are available in Delhi and freshers and students benefit from the freedom that they get in Delhi.

Mumbai is the financial capital of India and the employment capital too.  Mumbai has the most manufacturing houses and services in India, with many well-known business houses established in the city like the Tata Group, Reliance and Godrej.  Mumbai is the city of opportunities and the city of dreams; hence there are hundreds of new entrants every day, all of them looking for jobs.  There are teaching jobs in Mumbai, BPO and IT jobs, as well as business of many kinds.
Freshers too like to take up off-campus jobs in the IT-sector in all the cities in India.  Besides Delhi and Mumbai, IT jobs are rampant in cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai.   Not far from Mumbai, Pune too offers thousands of software jobs and jobs related to hardware.  There are hosts of new software companies, both small and big, Indian companies as well as multi-national companies offering young IT engineers comfortable and well-established jobs.

There is no dearth of sales jobs as well in India.  Telecom companies, companies manufacturing engineering products or even software companies require sales personnel to run the department of sales and marketing.   A sales Manager has the responsibility of increasing the sales of the company product, and a certain region is allocated to him.  He is supposed to increase the distributor network within the given territory and has to motivate his staff and manage them to promote sales.
Sales management includes generation of sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets and then being able to execute a strategic sales process.  Freshers are also allocated sales jobs if they take them up after they have acquired a Management degree with credits in sales or marketing.
