Personal Injury Attorney O. John Alpizar Honored at Brevard Bar Foundation Annual Recognition Dinner

Palm Bay, FL. – O. John Alpizar of Alpizar Law, a personal injury and wrongful death firm, is being recognized by the Brevard Bar Foundation for his generosity in putting the foundation on its path of financial viability, by establishing the O. John Alpizar Endowment. The Foundation’s year-end Annual Recognition Dinner for Mr. Alpizar, as “Lawyers Making a Difference,” is scheduled for Thursday, July 22, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at the Eau Gallie Yacht Club.

The Speaker for the event is the Honorable John Antoon, United States District Court Judge. All past and present members; and all members of the Judiciary—past and current officers and directors of the BCBA—are invited, along with all the sponsors of any Foundation event this past year.

The Foundation is a charitable and philanthropic organization created in 2003 by the attorneys of Brevard County. Funds from the Foundation are used for improving public understanding of the legal system, promoting access to legal services, contributing to educational, welfare and safety projects, raising awareness of the Bar and its services, and supporting local community organizations and programs. The O. John Alpizar Endowment supports all causes on behalf of the Foundation. The Board of Directors makes a donation to a charity or organization once a month, and the recipient is determined by nominations from the board or any Brevard County Bar Association member.
