June 30, 2010 - PRLog -- Leading international executive search firm TRANSEARCH International welcomes new consultants to the New Delhi, Tokyo, Dubai and Gothenburg offices.

Manisha Deva, Keiichi Iso, Richard Guest and Lars Tegelberg recently joined the New Delhi, Tokyo, Dubai and Gothenburg offices respectively.

Manisha Deva is a Senior Partner in the New Delhi office and a member of the Financial Services Practice. Manisha built up a sales and business development background in the hospitality industry before transitioning to executive search in 2000 with Korn/Ferry International. She spent close to a decade working in the firm’s financial services practice. Manisha focuses on key client relationships across insurance firms, asset management companies, private equity/alternative hedge funds, banks real estate finance initiatives and wealth management firms.

Keiichi Iso is a senior consultant in the Tokyo office where he specialises in Industry and Energy. After graduation from university, Keiichi joined one of the largest steel manufacturers in Japan and gained significant experience in sales and production planning of industrial machines, cargo handling equipment and energy plants including steel pipeline for crude oil and natural gas. Keiichi also has a background in Human Resources with specific focus on recruitment, development, compensation & benefit planning, etc. He is fluent in English and Japanese.

Richard Guest has a BA (Hons) in Politics from the University of York and has lived and worked in the UK, Asia and the Middle East. His career in executive search began in London during 2003 before joining an international firm in 2005 where he focused on recruiting senior executives in the Telecoms, Media and Technology sectors in addition to the Professional Services industry.

In 2007 Richard moved with the company to Dubai from where he covered the Middle East and Africa region leading the firm’s Telecoms, Transportation and Professional Services offerings. In addition to working in his core sectors of focus Richard has also conducted a variety of search mandates in the functional areas of Strategy and M&A across a plethora of industries.

Richard leads the firm’s work in Aerospace & Defense, Telecoms & IT and Professional Services across the Middle East and Africa.

Lars Tegelberg has extensive leadership experience from both various management roles in international companies like Capgemini as well as being an officer in the army reserves. Lars has also been Managing Director for an IT consulting company within the Saab Group (defense) and furthermore ran his own consulting firm for a few years. With his background in both the private and public sectors he is focused on IT, Telco and Professional Services. Lars has a M.Sc Informatics degree from the University of Gothenburg.
