Business Continuity Planning For Aviation Sector

Accepting the invitation, BCM Institute's President, Dr Goh Moh Heng shared with c-level participants from the aviation industry, the finer points of Business Continuity Planning. In his presentation, Dr Goh elaborated on a proven approach to implement a Pandemic Flu BC plan in various areas of the aviation sector.

Identifying 12 key operational areas in the aviation sector such as catering and fuel storage facilities, Dr Goh further drew participants towards the implementation stage and the achievement of business continuity objectives by phases. Complete with checklists and vivid scenarios, Dr Goh also provided good lessons on Business Continuity and Emergency Management to emulate.
