Beijing, CHINA – Qatar Airways, in conjunction with the Morocco Tourism Board, has launched a website to introduce Casablanca to Chinese travellers. The new website features the numerous cultural and tourist highlights available in Casablanca and across the Kingdom of Morocco.
Visitors submit bona fide information on the official online form and send Casablanca e-postcards to their friends and relatives, are eligible to enroll into a contest to win a free holiday for two to Casablanca.

Qatar Airways Country Manager Greater China Woo Yew Seong said: “Qatar Airways is pleased to launch this informative website that was specially designed for the Chinese market.
“The airline thanks the Morocco Tourism Board for their collaborative efforts which included a joint Familiarisation Tour of Morocco, resulting in our development of tour programs specially packaged to meet the needs of the Chinese travellers. We anticipate that these will be popular during the upcoming October national holidays,” he added.
Casablanca is one of the most recognised tourist destinations in Africa and was popularised by the classic 1942 movie and song titles of the same name. Located on the western tip of Africa and next to the Atlantic Ocean, Casablanca has a rich cultural history and is the economic hub of Morocco. The city is also a traveller’s gateway to Marrakech and the capital of Morocco, Rabat.
