Dr.Usman Zafar, MD al Taqnyah Business Solutions talked about the process of e-transformation in Public sector highlighting the challenges being faced currently. Further, Mr. Ibrahim Abdoh shared his views on the importance of Communicating Effectively with the citizens followed by the introduction of Adobe’s International Public Sector Solution by Mr. Dieter Hovorka, Technical Manager, Adobe systems ME. The event was concluded by an open Q & A session where all the experts addressed the concerns raised by the participants.
