14th Government Procurement Conference in North Texas, Arlington 11, 2010

The University of Texas at Arlington Automation & Robotics Research Institute and its Extension Centers announce the 14th Government Procurement Conference at the Arlington Convention Center on Wednesday, August 11th.

June 28, 2010 - PRLog -- The University of Texas at Arlington Automation & Robotics Research Institute and its Extension Centers announces the 14th Government Procurement Conference at the Arlington Convention Center on Wednesday, August 11.

Businesses wanting to compete for government contracts learn how to find opportunities and structure winning bids. Many government agencies are required to set aside a percentage of their procurements for small businesses.

The focus of the Conference is to disseminate useful procurement information about federal, state and local government agencies as well as their prime contractors and subcontractors. More than 1,000 people attended last year's conference.

Register online today and take advantage of early bird discounts at www.gpc-texas.org. Early bird admission is $80, after June, the registration is $90 and late registration is $100. Also take advantage to register as an exhibitor as an early-bird registrant.

A limited amount of free registrations for veteran- and service-disabled-veteran- owned business attendees and exhibitors are available on the conference Web site. A. A CAGE code (commercial and governmental entity) is required at the time of online registration.
