June 28, 2010 - PRLog -- The results are in… For the 3rd consecutive year, 95% of GBH customers have rated our TechShield support service experience “Very or Extremely Satisfying”. These scores are based on all segments of pre and post sale support including pre-installation, on-site support and post sale phone support. GBH customers were surveyed by the Boston Research Group on behalf of Polycom.  The results indicated that in addition to customers being extremely pleased with GBH technical support, over 94% of customers would continue to use GBH to support their future Polycom equipment installations.
GBH also received scores over 90% on the following support segments:
•   Pre-installation information and support
•   Support during product installation
•   Ability of phone support to diagnose hardware problems
