Mascus Acquires Majority Stake in Marknadspriser.Se

June 28, 2010 - PRLog -- Marknadspriser i Sverige AB offers price valuation services to Bank Association in Sweden, and an automated online valuation tool for bank and insurance companies. The company’s net sales for 2009 were €390,000. Marknadspriser.se has become a part of Mascus, and will further contribute to the expansion of Mascus’ concept and product range.

Marknadspriser i Sverige AB was previously owned by the Swedish auction site KVD Bilauktioner AB (80%) and the Managing Director, Lennart Johansson (20%). Alma Media has acquired a 60% of the holdings and has an option to increase ownership to 100% by the end of 2012.
