June 25, 2010 - PRLog -- The Saville effort was coordinated by group installation manager Colin Etchells and generously supported by manufacturers and suppliers including Anders & Kern, AMX, Audio Visual Material, CIE, Polar Audio and Sennheiser who all took part in the run.

Presenting an initial cheque for £8000 to Rainbow House founder Jo Mawdsley, Colin said: “A great day! Everyone enjoyed it despite the aches and pains - me included. Thanks to everybody for the fantastic support – but I will be in touch to see if we can do even better next year!”

With additional tax relief contributions through Gift Aid, the total raised has now grown to over £10,000.

Joining the team was ex-Saville Manchester sales support manager, Christian Spragg whose daughter Ilaria has cerebral palsy and is brilliantly supported by Rainbow House. The charity helps disabled children to help themselves through Conductive Education, a unified system of rehabilitation for children with neurological disorders like cerebral palsy.
