Highgate House is where the Heart is!

June 25, 2010 - PRLog -- The stunning surroundings of Sundial’s midlands meeting venue Highgate House recently played host to the Heart FM Charity ball to raise funds for their ‘Have a Heart’ charity appeal. The black tie event took place for the first time to help those children in the local community who need an extra hand to build a better future.

The event was hosted in one of the spacious conference rooms at Highgate House and helped the intrepid group as, in total, their fundraising activities raised over £20,000 for the ‘Have a Heart’ campaign.   Anna Vitiello, Anglia Marketing & Events Executive for Heart FM, had previously used the meeting room facilities and was quick to recommend the excellent service and beautiful surroundings when the black tie ball was announced “I know them to be a friendly, helpful business and they were the first choice for us, even from the initial planning stages”.

The fun started at 7pm; where guests were greeted at the midlands meeting venue by Heart’s Breakfast presenters with an array of champagne and strawberries before an exquisite dinner in one of the large dining rooms, prepared by Sundial’s award-winning chefs.  After dinner was thoroughly enjoyed the guests took to the conference room to enjoy a disco through to the early hours, holding a special auction and raffle to raise even more money for the underprivileged and disabled children.

The evening was labelled “a huge success” by Anna and the Heart FM group. “The evening was full of glamour and laughter and I know the team worked very hard for us and ensured the stresses of the event were minimal!”
