By: Terry Hall, Hailsham Town Council Passion and gardening knowledge were apparent with some gardens and business premises demonstrating a good selection of plants and colour combinations, evidence of recycling, and a tidy appearance all round. Winners and runners-up of each competition have since been decided and will be presented with their prizes at the usual awards evening held in September at the Town Council Offices, details of which will be given to the entrants and members of the public in the near future.
