Meet In Moab
Moab Utah Meetings and Events, the 2009 founded department of the Moab Area Travel Council, has added Green Sustainable Tips and Event Entertainment web pages this last month to www.moabutah.info . The most recent webpage is a public form to bid Moab’s event venues and services with one single document – a Request for Proposal.
Facility and Event Promoter, Michele Hill, commented, “Interest about a meeting, wedding or conference typically arrives as a paragraph expressing interest to convene in Moab. Consistently, it is necessary to reply to qualify the details for the event. After examining several RFPs of meeting professionals and venues, consulting Robert Riberia (the Moab Area Travel Council’s Graphic Design/Internet Specialist), and evaluating the responses our office applies to meeting interest, a basic RFP/RFQ has been established and made live online.

Member of Western Association of Convention & Visitors Bureau (WACVB), Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI), International Special Events Society (ISES) and Meeting Planners International (MPI).
