Mobile Video validates effectiveness of Internet video solutions for Federal client
Washington, DC (June 22, 2010) - Mobile Video Services, Ltd www.mobilevideo.net a HD video production company located in Washington, DC, has shown the effectiveness of using Internet video programs for the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL). In this case it was information about changes in COBRA and other employee benefits. Over 15,000 Internet users have viewed the program since it became active as a link off the DOL website.
When the Recovery Act made changes in the laws affecting employee benefits the DOL wanted an effective way to inform workers and employers about them. The result was a 10 minute presentation that included video, slides and 508 compliant captions for viewers with disabilities. Mobile Video created the program, hosted the presentation for internet streaming, and provided links to the DOL website.
Mobile Video’s Media Services Manager Steve Cappuccio explains, “This really demonstrates the return on investment. The ability to collect user data on our Internet video programming helps our clients see that their production dollars have been well spent. We create video presentations then help our clients go beyond the traditional methods of distribution.”
Mobile Video has worked with National Associations, PR Firms, Corporations and Federal clients to help them create effective Internet video programming with quantified results. With solutions like the DOL program the evidence is starting to be measured in Internet hits.
