Inovar's Shop Floor Tracking improves monitoring and management of products
LOGAN, UTAH — Inovar Inc., a leading contract electronics manufacturer (CEM) dedicated to providing flexible solutions to OEMs in the fastest growing segments of the electronic industry, introduces its Shop Floor Tracking System. The system was developed in-house to improve the monitoring and management of products throughout production.
With Shop Floor Tracking, products are tracked from initial kit release until the completed assembly is moved into finished goods. Each individual unit is assigned with a unique serial number and monitored throughout the process for location, process completion, and data analysis.

The Shop Floor Tracking system is comprised of two main parts, a monitoring and management system which identifies where products are located, and a quality data section that allows Inovar to monitor yields at each inspection and test location.
