REVE Systems announced today that Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC) has awarded iTel Call back Dialer as a 2010 TMC Labs Innovation Award winner presented by its monthly magazine, INTERNET TELEPHONY. The announcement was made by REVE Systems’ CEO, Md. Rezaul Hassan during a formal meeting followed by a press conference in Singapore. The Eleventh Annual TMC Labs Innovation Awards honors IP Communication products that are truly innovative.
Announcing this, Md. Rezaul Hassan said “We felt that call back service had a difficulty associated with its usage and hence our team developed this innovative product to make the callback service as simplified as making a regular call from the mobile phone.”
Launched this year in May, iTel Call back Dialer is purely a white label dialer application and can be branded according to service providers’ requirement.
