Her seminar, “Search Engine Optimization – Beyond the Borders of Your Website” provides help to website owners by discussing the changes in the major search engines over the last twelve months. Participants will walk through the best SEO practices for improving their online presence. The class is a small part of the Online Marketing Summit. This 23-city summit kicked off in Phoenix in May. Ms. Downhill’s event was well received at that event.
Ms. Downhill has spoken at Searchnomics, SMX, Ad-Tech, Search Engine Strategies, and the AMA as she continues to be involved in the Search Engine Marketing community. She is a founding member and past chair of the Search Engine Marketing Professionals Organization (SEMPO) Institute, and was once a board member of the SEMPO. She wrote an early white paper, which was one of the first out there, on Online Reputation Management and has become a subject matter expert for Search Engine Watch.
Downhill's class will be on July 9th in New York City, on July 14th in Atlanta, and on July 16th in Charlotte.
