EDA Motorola comes with Windows Mobile 6.5.3 Professional, a 3 inch resistive touch screen of VGA resolution, a 600MHz processor, 256MB of RAM and 1GB ROM memory (microSD card slot is also looking at the sheet extended specifications). It is also a biometric fingerprint.
