Bjorna had a couple dozen aspiring marketers from her own team in attendance at the Wealth Masters conference in Oslo on June 12, but it didn't stop there:
A couple of days later she pulled off a private live training of her own - or what she refers to as a "Master Marketers Brunch."
Bjorna explains. "I have personally sponsored reps in 20 countries on five continents. I regularly do trainings for my entire team via Skype and online conferencing systems, and it's amazing to be able to connect this way, across the miles. Still, nothing beats meeting the old fashioned way, face-to-face!"
At the meeting, Bjorna answered questions, shared marketing tips and related her personal experiences in the industry as a Wealth Masters and Carbon Copy Pro top earner.
She also made herself available for pictures and video interviews that her members will be able to use in their own marketing efforts.
Unbeknownst to her team, she had arranged for both John "JJ" Jackson, CarbonCopyPRO VP of leadership, and Carbon Copy Pro president and co-founder Aaron Parkinson to call in from the US via video conferencing on the internet to greet the members personally and to share a few pearls of wisdom.
It caught everyone completely by surprise, and needless to say, it was one of the highlights of the day.
"When I make myself available to my team like this," Bjorna says, "it speeds up their learning curve by weeks, probably months."
"Not to speak of the relationships that are formed - they are invaluable. Many of my brand new members who met for the first time this weekend have decided that they are going to continue to meet regularly to mastermind and to help each other. That way everyone can get results faster."
She concludes, smilingly, "That's exactly the type of environment I seek to foster on my team."
