In addition to the flagship 187 key Hotel Gansevoort, which is credited with transforming the Meatpacking District in Manhattan, GHG has a major project under way for another hotel in New York City which will complete construction this summer. Gansevoort Park, the new location in New York City, is located on prestigious Park Avenue and will include 223 keys averaging 503 square feet and will feature a three level indoor/outdoor rooftop bar and pool area.
