The industrial printing is made easy by the new Evolis Quantum Single and double sided card printer that has been introduced now by IdCards-Printers. Evolis Id Card Printer is a highly flexible and effective Id Card Printer which is the best available for the larger volume of card printing where the card printing requirement can reach up to thousands per hour.
For this purpose, the printer makes use of the 1000- card feeders, hoppers and ribbons. The hoppers can store up to 500 cards. They are detachable and interchangeable as well as additional hoppers are also available for additional storage capability. The 1000 card per hour printing is possible in monochrome, full card. For colored cards, the capacity is 125 cards per hour with thicknesses from 0.50 to 1 mm. Other different capacity card printing options are also available.
The Evolis Quantum can print and personalize Id Badges through its ID badge printer, Id cards by printing text, logos, photos and other graphics as well as bar codes. Magnetic stripe encoding, contact and contactless smart card encoding options are also available. This feature helps in the data safety of the Industrial and other sensitive organizations and makes the access to the restricted or the office areas fool proof.
The Quantum badge printer is very user friendly and easy to use. It comes with the simple printer functions in spite of its sophisticated functionality. The continuous Id printing is made possible by a print head and cooling system. The ID card maker works very smartly as any defective card is ejected from the system and is re printed automatically without any hassle of figuring out and feeding the data again.
The dual-roller self-cleaning system abets the system to perform easily thereby extending its life. It also comes with an airtight, dust-free cover. The printing and encoding can be done at the same side of the card without flipping it over which makes the printing faster.
