Bay Wins contract for to develop Call Register System for Environment Line

March 31, 2012 - PRLog -- The new system will be used by EPRG to capture and manage all information enquiries from the general public.

This contract extends the strong partnership between Bay and EPRG, who have recently implemented both the CIRAM and MINCOR systems to manage their regulatory investigations and ministerial correspondence processes.

It is envisioned that the latest project, which will be integrated with the CIRAM case management system, will offer complete tracking of enquiries, from inception to completion, for all of the agencies regulatory activities. This offers the agency a level of accountability and defensibility that cannot be achieved without a central information repository.
