The ‘Dining Room’ restaurant at Ledsham’s luxurious Inglewood Manor Hotel has been awarded the Highest Quality Assured accreditation as part of the Taste Cheshire assessment scheme.
The award was made by Taste Cheshire, part of tourism organisation, Visit Chester and Cheshire, following a mystery visit to the restaurant by one of their anonymous assessors.
“We are delighted with the accolade,” said Inglewood Manor general manager Fiona Creed after congratulating staff in the Dining Room restaurant. “Our team work very hard to offer our customers sensational food in stylish yet comfortable surroundings.
“So it’s wonderful to have their efforts to produce great food and service recognised in this way. Our restaurant continues to attract a growing number of food lovers from across the Wirral and Cheshire and this prestigious accreditation underliones the fact that they have obviously got great taste.”
