Dr. Gray’s presentation, given on the second day of scientific sessions, “Improving Results of Augmentation Mammaplasty Using the Axis Three Imager”. He showed that there been a significant reduction in secondary surgery and a higher level of patient satisfaction and that the imager has enhanced communications with Patients resulting in realistic expectations of surgery. Dr. Gray is the most experienced breast surgeon using this technology and feels it will be the standard of care within a few years. Dr. Gray also met with their chief engineer to make improvement in the technology to make it usable in patients who already have implants and for patients seeking breast reduction.
