June 16, 2010 - PRLog -- EnaSolar ships the first batch of 2kW inverters to installers in New Zealand and Australia.  All installers comment, they had no trouble installing the units, the wall fitting and wiring process  went more smoothly than with previous installs, even though it was their first experience with the EnaSolar product.  One company commented that it was “their easiest commercial installation thus far”.

Nearly all installers connected using the pre installed Wi-Fi, again with no setup problems. Joshua Hines, the companies customer support manager says “we will continue to update the router list with approved and proven router models as well as work-arounds as we come across the odd router that is not so obvious to set up”.

EnaSolar are currently building a global database of all installed inverters along with their operating performance figures and will make this data available to authorised partners in the next few months.

The wide MPPT range is demonstrating some enviable generation statistics already and we will soon be publishing the relevant data.  “these details can assist distributors and installers by having a  better understanding of their client needs and usage patterns on their installations. The metrics gathered, help us design better products more suited to real conditions” says Alan Booth the Business Development Manager.

What was the most innovative development in this release?  According to the feed back thus far, it is ease of installation as it saves time and time is money. “Time is the most precious asset the installers have we give it back to them” says Booth

According to Booth, the company plans to have its 3kW and a number of smaller units available to distributors over the next 12 months and distributors are looking forward to being able to offer the full range if the current feed-back is any indication of future demand.
