About the Presenter: Deb Saine, MS, RPh is the Medication Safety Manager for Winchester Medical Center, Valley Health System, in Winchester, Virginia. She earned her B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Toledo, and her M.S. in Organizational Leadership and Management from Antioch University. Saine's career has focused on leadership in medication safety and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration. She has authored numerous publications and has presented internationally on the topic of medication safety. She is active with ASHP, serving as Chair of the Council on Pharmacy Practice, and is Past-Chair of the ASHP Medication Safety Section Advisory Group. She has been Chair of the ASHP Section of Inpatient Care Practitioners and is a Past-President of the New Hampshire Society of Health-System Pharmacists. Saine also served as a member and Vice-Chair of Premier's national Pharmacy Medication Management Subcommittee.
