Annual Summer Camp at The J.C. Coleman Foundation, Inc./The John S. Delaware Center, Savannah, Ga.

The J.C. Coleman Foundation, Inc., in conjunction with The John S. Delaware Center is welcoming children ages 5-13 to join us this summer at the Delaware Center for Summer Camp.
 
June 16, 2010 - PRLog -- Every summer the Delaware Center provides 100 children with a fun filled summer of games, learning activities, community service opportunities and field trips to entertain children from the hours of 8-4, Monday through Friday. The staff of the J.C. Coleman Foundation, Inc. will be volunteering as camp counselors and assisting the staff at the Delaware Center with the children in the summer program. The summer consists of two sessions, each 4 weeks long. Each session costs $45.00 dollars payable before each session. Various enrichment activities such as arts and crafts, team sports, field day events, and field trips are all a part of our plans for this summer. Among the field trips are Splash in the Boro, Oatland Island Wildlife Center, and Jacksonville Zoo. Each field trip is intended to be fun learning experience by exposing the children to new places and things.

The first session will begin June 21st and will end July 16th. The second session will begin July 19th and will end August 13th. For information on availability or questions regarding the program call Mr. Tony Hallett, center supervisor for the Delaware Center @ 912.651.6793
