A night of passion, reminiscing and joy was what the dinner entailed. All of the Travco Group family including partners, employees, friends and dignitaries attended this joyful event, congratulating Mr. Hamed El Chiaty, founder and Chairman of the group, and his family for the success and achievements over the past three decades, celebrating this memorable milestone, and enjoying a night of pure bliss.
The oriental theme of the event signified the heritage of the company. All attendees were in awe of how meticulously and symbolically each piece of decoration was selected, highlighting the true origin of Travco Group.
The celebration began with a champagne reception welcoming invitees to the joyous event, after which everyone was seated awaiting the night to commence. Dr. Ezzat Abu Ouf, Artist, Musician and dear friend of the family, inaugurated the dinner by narrating the Travco Group story from its humble beginnings till today’s epitome of success. Later during the event Egypt’s Minister of Tourism Mr. Zuhair Garranah, spoke highlighting the company’s role in boosting tourism in Egypt over the years.
Mrs. Amani El Torgoman, General Manager and Director of Operations at Travco Group, and also one of the oldest employees at the company, gave a heart felt speech on behalf of the Travco family saying “Mr. Chiaty is more than just the Chairman; he is a true leader, a teacher, a friend and an inspiration to everyone who has ever worked with him. The high standards that he has set for his staff encourages each and every one of us to work to the best of our ability and to take pride in our work, no matter how small the job is. Whatever your position may be at the company, Mr. Chiaty makes you feel that you make a difference to the company”.
The highlight of the event was the performance of Raoul Di Blasio, one of the world’s most renowned pianists, who spoiled the crowd with a lavishing blend of classic and contemporary tunes; followed by a lively performance by the Golden Singers which kept guests on their feet until the wee hours of the morning.
Mr. Hamed El Chiaty, Chairman & CEO Travco Group, expressed his gratitude to his family Mrs. Dora, Tania and Karim El Chiaty, and all the attendees, thanking them for their support and continuity in helping the company reach this momentous milestone.
