PRLog (Press Release) -
Jun. 16, 2010 - The celebration event for Air Canada’s new route between Montreal and Brussels was celebrated on 14 June, a day after the arrival of the first aircraft. The raspberry cake featured an elk, a Canadian bear as well as the rare white spotted owl and was cut by Gina Verkouter, AC Sales Manager Belux; Philippe Durieux, AC Country Manager; and Arnaud Feist, CEO of Brussels Airport. Cutting the ribbon were Louis de Lorimier, Canadian Ambassador to Belgium and the EU, and Claude Morin, VP Global Sales of Air Canada. As if the celebrations weren’t grand enough, guests were treated to a generous lobster buffet lunch.
