Conrad Clifton Announces Movie Project w/ Director LaRon Austin & The Release of His Musical Series

PRLog (Press Release) - Jun. 15, 2010 - ATLANTA, GEORGIA- Better known as HeadROC (Battery 5), has found himself in the epicenter of two projects slated for 2010, which include starring in "Beat Makers" own award-winning director LaRon Austin's latest movie, "Battle" and the first installment release of the long awaited musical series "The Demonstration."

"Battle" is a coming-of-age drama about an unknown producer Rippa (Clifton) who pursues his passion for composing music. He wants to produce music for the top rappers in teh industry and be respected as a producer worldwide. His fast-talking manager and best friend Jay (Chris Burns) tries to help him get ahead despite Rippa's often temperamental attitude. He introduces Rippa to a strong-willed student filmmaker Monique (Onira Tares) who wants Rippa to appear in her Hip-Hop documentary, whic is also met with resistance from Rippa. He must find his way through various circumstances that occur in his personal life and find a way to mirror his soul and energy into his productions before he faces off at the national Iron Chef Beat Battle Competition. 16 talented contestants compete, but only one can be left standing at the end of this intensive producers "Battle."

"Battle" is set to be released Auguest 2010. The film is scripted by Martin Kelley and Eddie Singleton. Executive Produced by Cassis Weathersby ("You Got Served"), Produced by Kelley and Singleton along with Kenno Rixson and Bennie Swint.

HeadROC's second development "The Demonstration" is a series of musical projects produced and engineered by HeadROC. Each venture is an exclusive, novel collection of productions fitting each arts's imaginatvie and ispired style. A track record with heavyweight producers and artist's such as Tricky Stewart, Bryan Michael Cox, Missy Elliott, Jazze Phae, The Dream, Rick Ross, Jazmine Sullivan, Asher Roth, Chilli (of TLC), Yung Joc, Ester Dean and Yelawolf is just a taste of a catalog holding amplified and unending mastery that's as versatile as the producer himself; rarely found in an era where most producers foundation to fame are associated wto signature sounds.
