ConocoPhillips Plans to Sell its Oil & Gas Properties in US & Canada

June 15, 2010 - PRLog -- ConocoPhillips plans to sell its properties in the Permian Basin in New Mexico and Texas, the Wind River Basin in Wyoming, the panhandles of Texas and Oklahoma, and Western Canada. Additionally, the company will also sell assets in South Louisiana, the Barnett Shale and in the Gulf of Mexico. These divestments are a part of the company's $10 billion assets sale program to boost its finances. Scotia Waterous is acting as an advisor to ConocoPhillips for the transaction.
