June 14, 2010 - PRLog -- (SAN DIEGO, CA) – In an interview with Construction Digital, Project Manager of The Oracle discusses how innovation-safety-sustainability-and-community-were-used-during-0 Dayne May discusses how Australian construction giant Grocon has demonstrated innovation, safety, sustainability and community to construct the Gold Coast’s newest residential development.

“Grocon has the in-house capability to build their own structures, using their own teams and using their own Lubeca jumpform system,” May said in the article. The jumpform system created and owned by Grocon, is a self-climbing formwork system specifically designed to construct concrete walls and columns in high-rise buildings at the rate of one floor per week.

We’ve also partnered with a local company called Prosafe which offers us technical safety training to all our supervisors and foremen. To facilitate the way into its new home, Grocon felt it was important to include the local community in the construction of The Oracle. The Oracle, constructed by Grocon, is comprised of 505 luxury residential apartments between two towers spread over an entire 1.2-hectare block in Broadbeach, Queensland.
